Position Overview

Based in Whittier, we are seeking an Operations Manager for HVAC Manufacturing who will oversee the production processes and ensure efficient operations within the facility. This role is crucial in managing resources, optimizing workflows, and improving overall productivity while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of HVAC manufacturing operations including coil manufacturing and factory floor operations.
• Implement and maintain lean practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lead and develop a team of employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Conduct budget analysis and manage departmental budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and profitability.
• Manage projects related to manufacturing processes and equipment upgrades.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC manufacturing or a similar industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of coil manufacturing processes and HVAC systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with budget analysis and financial management.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful implementation.
