Quipt Home Medical in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a driven leader to supervise branch and departmental managers, ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations and alignment with company goals. The role oversees policy implementation, staff training, budgets, and regulatory compliance, while managing Brightree functions, insurance verification, and prior authorizations.

You will maintain accurate documentation of equipment and patients’ financial responsibilities, lead recruiting and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Experience in healthcare equipment or home health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch and department managers to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Support achievement of company goals and maintain compliant processes.
• Manage policies, procedures, standards, and training programs.
• Oversee insurance verification, prior authorizations, and billing workflows.
• Ensure accurate documentation of equipment and patient financials.
• Address complaints and enforce quality standards.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and staff development.
• Set personnel practices and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain staffing levels and budget monitoring.
• Develop cost-saving measures and contribute to revenue forecasting.
• Provide motivational leadership and HIPAA/compliance training.
• Communicate equipment capabilities and insurance coverage guidelines.
• Continuously develop knowledge across roles.
