Job summary

Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a single-location team within a multi-location company. You will supervise managers, drive daily office operations, ensure service quality and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, budgeting input, and enforcing HIPAA/compliance while delivering exceptional patient care and financial performance at your location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience in HME, home health industry)
• One to three years of supervisory experience
• Three years’ experience in home health industry
• Effective communication in English (oral and written) with physicians, staff, and patients
• Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
• Knowledge of insurance policies and requirements
• Knowledge of medical billing practices and billing reimbursement
• Maintains confidentiality and practice discretion in handling sensitive information
• Medical terminology
• Multi-tasking with attention to detail
• Strong leadership abilities to organize, plan and delegate in a multi-location setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and daily operational management
• Ensure quality/appropriateness of service
• Implement policies and procedures for operations
• Assist with interviews, job descriptions, and staff training
• Oversee recruitment, evaluation and staffing levels
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company guidelines
• Provide input on budgeting and cost-saving measures
• Lead by example to motivate branch team
