Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related degree, or equivalent experience.
• One to three years of supervisory experience is required.
• Three years in the home health industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage day-to-day operations.
• Ensure quality of service and adherence to policies.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and staff evaluations.

Skills

Effective communication in English

Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
