Empower Rental Group in Memphis, TN seeks an Operations Manager to coordinate delivery of quality service and maximize branch productivity. You will work with the Branch Manager to ensure safety, exceptional customer service, and compliance with processes.

Role involves collaboration with corporate teams and peers across a growing national network. You will lead staff, monitor financial performance, and drive safety culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of sales and operational experience in construction or industrial services preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and CRM applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in implementing actions to achieve financial objectives.
• Support operational and revenue goals, monitor reports, and control financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives.
• Manage performance and development of direct staff.
• Promote safety and drive continuous improvement across operations.
• Handle HR administration tasks and scheduling as needed.
• Assist customers in determining rental needs with product knowledge.
