Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a Branch Manager in Memphis, TN to lead branch operations, drive revenue, maintain safety standards, and develop a high-performing team.

You will manage fleet inventory, oversee P&L, and ensure OSHA/DOT compliance while delivering exceptional customer service and profitability.

The role requires 5–7 years of relatable experience, a valid driver’s license, and a track record of leading high-performance teams in a field operations environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of relatable management experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue for the branch and district.
• Meet or exceed the branch business plan.
• Answer and resolve customer questions.
• Lead and develop the team effectively.
• Implement safety trainings and maintain a branch safety plan.
• Fleet management and inventory oversight.
• Manage Profit and Loss reporting and operational reviews.
• Generate and review daily business reports.
• Support all team members and conduct branch audits.
