Job summary

MCFA is partnering with a North Carolina-based construction tech start-up to hire an Operations Manager in Raleigh. The role blends remote/hybrid work with occasional in-person visits, and focuses on building scalable, efficient operations and teams.

You will own the day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate pain points into actionable improvements and tickets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service-delivery/operations teams.
• Lean or Six Sigma training and process-improvement experience.
• Data analytics skills with dashboards and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and roll out processes and standards for repeatable systems.
• Oversee end-to-end processing pipeline: intake, estimation, QA, delivery.
• Manage and grow distributed operations teams, including hiring and training.
