imadi is seeking an Operations Manager to be the operational heartbeat of the organization, ensuring systems, processes, and support are in place for staff, volunteers, and the families we serve. This full-time role offers a flexible mix of in-person and remote work within the Maryland/DC area.
The position will oversee data management, records for clients/donors/volunteers, event registrations, payroll, and vendor accounts, with a focus on creating a welcoming office environment.
The Operations Manager is the operational heartbeat of imadi, ensuring our team has the systems, support, and structure needed to serve families with excellence. While much of the work happens behind the scenes, its impact is felt every day by our staff, volunteers, and the children and families we support.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position that offers significant flexibility in how and where work is completed. Rather than a traditional 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. office schedule, this position affords the ability to work remotely for much of the week while remaining fully engaged and responsive. Weekly team meetings and occasional in-person responsibilities require candidates to live in the Maryland/Washington, DC area, but the majority day-to-day responsibilities can be remotely. Our office closes early on Fridays to allow staff time to prepare for Shabbat.
