Job summary

You will manage staffing, training, floor coverage, inventory, loss prevention, and system usage (POS, SAP) to support peak performance in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations in a service-related industry.
• High school/college degree.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily store operations including opening and closing.
• Hire, train, and onboard staff per company policies.
• Maintain brand image and visual displays.
• Ensure client experience is superior across sales and service.
• Manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and cycle counts.
• Enforce loss prevention and security procedures.
• Balance operational functions including invoices and mail checks.
• Ensure POS and SAP systems are used correctly.
• Complete duties as assigned by management.
