Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with multi-million sales volume.
• 2+ years shaping budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5–10+ employees.
• Intermediate computer skills: Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility for multiple business operations, potentially including store, fuel, restaurant, kitchen, and truck care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through hygiene, equipment, and safety checks.
• Drive sales via efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and drive changes to capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate on talent acquisition with managers.
