Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations across multiple facets, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will guide a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales in a supportive environment.

The role requires 2+ years in relevant retail management, strong communication, and skills in budgeting and reporting. This full-time position offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years budgeting and P&L analysis.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple business operations up to and including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through safety checks and maintenance.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements and implement changes to capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
