Love’s Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple service areas, drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction, and lead a diverse team. You will manage processes, execute growth strategies, and report on performance to support company goals.

The role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to optimize profitability while ensuring safety and exemplary service standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work various shift times including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Exceptional customer service, rapport building, salesmanship, and managing operations and staffing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective teamwork skills.
• Physical demands include standing, lifting items over 75 pounds, and frequent movement.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations up to and potentially including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through cleanliness, maintenance, and safety checks.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting including profit & loss statements and opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
