Love’s Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across store, fuel, restaurant, and truck care. You will lead a team, ensure safety and cleanliness, and drive efficiency to boost sales and customer satisfaction.

This role calls for hands-on leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in retail or c-store management, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of managing P&L and diverse

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail/travel stop or c-store management
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales > $2M
• 2+ years supervising 5–10+ employees
• Experience with P&L statements and budgeting

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations including store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through restroom and shower maintenance and safety checks.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and capitalizing on opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers in talent acquisition efforts.
