• Strong customer service orientation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial and operational goals with the General Manager.
• Ensure efficient operation of the division and productivity of personnel.
• Set monthly revenue and cost control targets.
• Lead technical and administrative staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes and safety standards.
• Protect company assets and oversee budgeting and priorities.
