Your day-to-day will include:
Facilities Management
- Provide leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety systems
- Complete quarterly onsite inspections, which require travel to each site
- Manage, coordinate, and verify all work has been completed to satisfactory standards
- Utilize vendor management skills to ensure all vendors are delivering to expected service levels
- Oversee daily operations of sites including setting priorities on work to be performed in collaboration with the Facility Manager
- Manage the day-to-day performance and coordination of site PM programs
Client Service/Satisfaction
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships
- Provide conflict resolution and solution analysis
- Manage and coordinate work requests with onsite labor
Compliance
- Provide contract compliance management and quality control
- Maintain responsibility for JLL Engineering compliance program
Budgeting/Reporting
- Aid in the preparation of detailed budgets for operations
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports
- Complete any and all other duties and tasks assigned
Minimum requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years experience in facility management in either corporate environment or third party service provider, especially in hospitality, restaurant, or commercial kitchen facilities
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, data center, UPS, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment
- Experience with MS Office suite and CMMS databases
- Regular and predictable attendance to support the needs of the business and client
- Ability to supervise vendor performance or projects during normal and off hours including weekends when necessary
Preferred requirements:
- College degree
- 4+ years experience in facility management in either corporate environment or third party service provider, especially in hospitality, restaurant, or commercial kitchen facilities
- Advanced technical knowledge of building systems, data center, UPS, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment
- Advanced experience with MS Office suite and CMMS databases
- Strong presentation skills and client relation skills
