Job summary

Hoist & Crane Service Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead business operations and profitability at our Texas location. You will assist planners, manage costs, procurement and accounting functions, and evaluate branch performance.

The role requires strong communication, independent work ethic, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while maintaining safety and efficiency. Team collaboration is essential to meet safety and HR goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field or industrial office management experience.
• Accounting experience - AP/AR/Payroll (NetSuite experience a plus).
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient with computers.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proven organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for long periods.

Operations Managers are responsible for the following:

• Manage business operations and profitability
• Assist planners with scheduling, maintaining job costs, procurement, and accounting functions
• Evaluate the financial impacts of field operations on branch performance
• Work with the Branch Manager to meet Safety, Human Resources, and Recruiting goals
