Qualifications

• 5+ years of field or industrial office management experience.
• Accounting experience - AP/AR/Payroll (NetSuite experience a plus).
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient with computers.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proven organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage business operations and profitability.
• Assist planners with scheduling, maintaining job costs, procurement, and accounting functions.
• Evaluate the financial impacts of field operations on branch performance.
• Work with the Branch Manager to meet Safety, Human Resources, and Recruiting goals.
