Job summary

Cavco Industries is seeking a results-driven professional to manage warranty and finance contract closings, ensuring alignment with finance documents and timely fundings. The role involves coordinating projects, evaluating vendor performance, and maintaining deal tracking with internal and external stakeholders.

You will have authority to adjust sales terms during closings, gather lender items, and manage commissions verification. Travel up to 50% is expected during normal business hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2 year Degree preferred.
• Willing to Travel up to 50% locally and during normal business hours.

Responsibilities

• Warranty and Finance contract closings.
• Evaluate initial sales agreements against final finance documents.
• Create final sales agreements to coincide with finance documents.
• During closings with customers, make changes to sales agreements and reprint documents.
• Gather additional lender items to accomplish funding of the deal.
• Coordinate projects with contractors and project costing.
• Gather bids through project completion.
• Identify and switch vendors based on quality or progress.
• Alter scheduling of vendor work based on priorities.
• Hold vendors accountable to written estimates.
• Update deal tracking and deal status reports as needed.
• Compute commissions and review costing for commission payments.
