Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Warranty and Finance contract closings.
• Evaluate initial sales agreements against final finance documents.
• Create final sales agreements to coincide with the finance documents.
• Make changes to sales agreements during closings and reprint documents as needed.
• Gather lender-required items to accomplish deal funding.
• Coordinate projects with contractors and manage project costing.
• Gather bids through project completion and identify best vendors.
• Possess authority to alter scheduling of vendor work based on priorities.
• Communicate with dissatisfied customers and negotiate solutions.
