Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational workflows across cross-functional teams within a call center environment.
• Oversee multiple supervisors and call agents to ensure efficiency.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
• Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Manage data entry, documentation, and reporting for clear records.
