Molly Maid is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a Birmingham location that serves the northeastern part of our territory. The role focuses on building a high-performing team, optimizing operations, and delivering exceptional client and employee experiences.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, drive sales growth, and uphold brand standards with a hands-on, day-to-day leadership approach. Monday–Friday schedule and health benefits are available.
