Job summary

Molly Maid is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Birmingham location, serving the northeastern portion of our territory. You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team while ensuring outstanding client service and smooth daily operations.

You will motivate staff, optimize processes, and act as a brand ambassador. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with health benefits and PTO, and a chance to shape a winning team in a growing service business.
