V8 Speed & Resto Shop / V8TV is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily shop floor execution for hot rod and muscle car restoration. You will translate budgets and scopes into high-quality physical work, ensure technicians meet quality and efficiency metrics, and drive 5S discipline on the shop floor.
The role requires Lean/5S, Phase-Gate experience, and 3–5+ years in automotive shop management. You will collaborate with the Project Manager and lead cross-functional teams to meet build
Competenze
- Lean/5S principles and Phase-Gate milestones used in daily operations.
- 3–5+ years in shop management or production control in automotive restoration.
- Experience with classic vehicle fabrication, mechanical assembly, and paint/body processes.
- Proficient with shop management software and Google Sheets/Excel for metrics.
Mansioni
- Direct daily operations across Fabrication, Paint & Body, Mechanical, Engine Machining, Interior and Final Assembly.
- Enforce efficiency against project milestones and deadlines.
- Perform strict QC at every stage gate and ensure craftsmanship standards.
- Lead, coach, and onboard technicians; maintain 5S shop.
