Job summary

Exotics Racing at SpeedVegas is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a high-performance automotive shop, ensuring safe, efficient operations and compliance with federal and state regulations. You will supervise a team of automotive technicians, develop maintenance policies, coordinate repairs, and maintain accurate documentation while driving productivity and safety.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on expertise, and the ability to train and motivate staff in a fast-paced racing

Qualifications

• Must possess high school diploma or GED.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• At least 5 years of high-performance automotive shop management experience.
• Racing mechanic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance is performed safely, efficiently, to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical and managerial support to the automotive team.
• Coordinate repairs and communicate progress using the shop's reporting system.
• Develop and enforce maintenance policies and safety SOPs.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and cleanliness of work areas.
• Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate shop personnel.
• Close work orders and ensure accurate parts and labor billing.
• Address training needs for the maintenance team.
