Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field (Engineering preferred), with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in STEM with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Understand and troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment.
• Developing, managing, and executing training plans for technical teams.
• Structured problem-solving methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, MBPS, or Six Sigma.
• Lead and work within high-performing teams.
• Maintain a strong, visible presence on the manufacturing floor and work compressed work-week schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians responsible for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and excursion response across shift operations.
• Develop and implement resource plans for corrective and preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability and stability.
• Oversee tool qualification and capability building to support operational readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, MBPS and Six Sigma to enhance safety, quality, cost, and output metrics.
• Maintain a strong, visible presence on the manufacturing floor to monitor operations and standardize across shifts.
• Establish, evaluate, and execute training plans to develop technician skills aligned with operations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve equipment issues and optimize performance.
• Manage shift schedules, workstation assignments, rotations, and staffing requests.
