Job summary

Hope Center for Behavior Change, Inc. in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a highly organized Operations Manager to lead billing, insurance, scheduling, intake, staff coordination, and related operational functions.

You will work closely with the CEO to streamline processes and enforce HIPAA-compliant workflows. The ideal candidate has hands-on CentralReach experience, a strong background in ABA billing, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an Operations Manager role is required.
• Experience with ABA billing, ERA processing, and revenue cycle management is essential.
• Experience with CAQH management and provider enrollment is required.
• Florida Driver's License and ability to pass background check are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full revenue cycle: billing, posting, ERA processing, and denial management.
• Submit and manage insurance authorizations for active clients.
• Verify benefits (VOB) monthly for all clients.
• Maintain CAQH profiles; handle pre-credentialing and enrollment tasks.
• Coordinate TRICARE audit processes and ensure documentation compliance.
• Serve as CentralReach platform administrator (scheduling, notes, time clock, authorizations).
• Perform daily clinical note checks for compliance and timely submission.
• Manage staff schedules and coverage for floating staff.
• Oversee Google Drive and company email organization.
