Job summary

Hope Center for Behavior Change, Inc. in West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to serve as the operational hub of the practice—managing billing, insurance, scheduling, intake, staff coordination, and policy compliance while working directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in an Operations Manager role, hands-on CentralReach experience, expertise in ABA billing/revenue cycle management, CAQH credentialing, TRICARE

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an Operations Manager role.
• Hands-on CentralReach experience required.
• Experience with ABA billing, ERA processing, and revenue cycle management.
• Knowledge of CAQH management and insurance credentialing.
• Familiarity with TRICARE billing/audit requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must pass a background check and HIPAA confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage full revenue cycle including billing, posting, ERA, and denied claims.
• Submit and manage insurance authorizations for active clients.
• Verify benefits monthly for all clients.
• Maintain CAQH profiles; manage pre-credentialing and provider enrollment.
• Oversee TRICARE audit processes and documentation compliance.
• Serve as CentralReach platform administrator (scheduling, audits, time clock, authorizations).
• Perform daily clinical note checks for compliance and timely submissions.
• Manage staff schedules and coverage for floating staff.
• Oversee company email and Google Drive organization.
• Handle incoming communications and client intake workflows.
