The Operations Manager (OM) manages the restaurant operations during scheduled shifts. Responsible for supporting the General Manager (GM) and Assistant General Manager (AGM) in achieving sales and profit goals through the implementation and enforcement of company policies, procedures, and standards. Assists the AGM with scheduling, inventory management, and disciplinary actions. Participates in employee evaluation, hiring, and training processes.
