We are on the lookout for a talented Revenue Operations Manager.
Is this you?
As a Revenue Operations Manager at Monta, you will be responsible for taking ownership of how Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success work together to acquire, onboard, and retain customers. You'll be responsible for designing and improving our revenue processes — from first contact to long-term customer growth — ensuring every step is efficient, collaborative, and built to scale.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who excels at building structure, collaborating cross-functionally, and turning strategic goals into operational workflows.
