Job summary

As part of our small, senior team, you will own day-to-day operational processes across delivery teams, ensuring projects move smoothly from discovery through execution and scaling as we grow.

• Build and refine internal workflows, tools, and documentation to reduce bottlenecks between disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account and delivery leads to monitor project health and surface risks early.
• Keep roadmaps on track and manage resourcing and capacity planning across the team.
• Track and report on delivery timelines, utilization, and throughput to leadership.
• Support onboarding of new hires and vendors, and help scale processes as the company grows.
