Job summary

ForceBrands is looking to build and lead the U.S. operations and supply chain from the ground up. The role covers ordering, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, and managing suppliers and co-manufacturing partners to scale the business in a retail-heavy U.S. market.

You will work closely with the UK Head of Supply to replicate successful processes, establish KPIs, and adapt the operating model for the U.S. market, using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.

• Build and manage the U.S. operations and supply chain from the ground up.
• Own day-to-day supply chain across ordering, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, suppliers.
• Manage ~50 vendors and UK partnerships for U.S. delivery.
• Oversee co-manufacturing relationships and travel to suppliers/partners.

Job description

• Build and manage the U.S. operations and supply chain function from the ground up, establishing scalable processes as the business grows
• .Own day-to-day supply chain operations across ordering, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, suppliers, and co-manufacturing partners
• .Manage relationships with approximately 50 existing vendors, leveraging established UK partnerships while coordinating supply and delivery into the U.S
• .Oversee co-manufacturing relationships and production, including traveling to suppliers and production partners, such as the company's partner in Minnesota
• .Support the operational needs of a retail-heavy U.S. business, while effectively managing and understanding the DTC channel
• .Partner closely with the UK Head of Supply to replicate successful processes, establish KPIs and reporting, and adapt the operating model for the U.S. market
