Job summary

ForceBrands is looking to build and lead the U.S. operations and supply chain from the ground up. The role covers ordering, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, and managing suppliers and co-manufacturing partners to scale the business in a retail-heavy U.S. market.

You will work closely with the UK Head of Supply to replicate successful processes, establish KPIs, and adapt the operating model for the U.S. market, using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Strong operations and supply chain experience in CPG/food/beverage industries.
• Experience with co-manufacturing and vendor management.
• Analytical, data-driven, able to build scalable processes.
• Ambitious, hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, build from ground up.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the U.S. operations and supply chain from the ground up.
• Own day-to-day supply chain across ordering, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, suppliers.
• Manage ~50 vendors and UK partnerships for U.S. delivery.
• Oversee co-manufacturing relationships and travel to suppliers/partners.
