Job summary

Partner Company, a growing direct-to-consumer ecommerce business, is seeking an accomplished Operations Lead to own end-to-end operational functions across supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, customer service, and team management. You will collaborate closely with the founders to translate strategic priorities into scalable systems and measurable results, designing SOPs and reporting you can rely on.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of operations or general management experience in a growing DTC or eCommerce business.
• Strong hands-on experience with supply chain, inventory, purchasing, fulfillment, and customer service.
• Experience working directly with founders and building scalable processes is strongly preferred.
