Job summary

Climate SMILE is seeking an Operations Manager to lead operations and management, coordinate communications, oversee member management, and provide support to the Director as the community grows.

This consulting contract is initially for 12 months, with funding-dependent extension. The role is approximately 2 days per week (40% FTE).

Job description

This Operations Manager role is a new one for Climate SMILE that focuses on Operations and Management; Communications; Member Management; and Support to the Director. The secretariat and this role may also naturally evolve as the community grows and consolidates.

Consulting contract initially for 12 months, extendable depending upon available funding. Estimated commitment is roughly 40% time of full time equivalent (2 days/week).
