$31.25/hour FLSA Status: Exempt
The Operations Manager will be central to BAA's national operations team, supporting the National Director and SVP, Operations and Labor. The ideal candidate will possess an eagerness to learn new skills, great communications skills (written & verbal), comfort with learning new software systems, and is very detail oriented. The ability to fully execute tasks within deadlines and flexibility with changing seasonal workloads and responsibilities are also key to working in this department.
