Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret pricing proposals and negotiations.
• Ability to draft and send e-mails in MS Outlook along with follow-up, as needed.
• Critical Thinking: prioritize workflow based on deadlines.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and find creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with National Director on season pricing across multiple markets.
• Manage final schedule review processes and settlement database.
• Prepare settlement memos for select markets.
• Draft and send emails, track action items and deadlines.
• Set up and maintain spreadsheets; edit PDFs in Adobe Pro.
• Data entry and quality checks on various materials.
• Coordinate, review, and perform engagement settlements.
