Operations Manager - Analytics and Workflow Management
Description:

We are seeking a diligent and dynamic Operations Manager with a background in business, analytics, and project or program management on a contract basis, to become an integral part of the Scaled Ops team. This team covers a broad spectrum of creative and operational disciplines, including vetting operations, copywriting, photography, and video, focused on maintaining and promoting our supply quality. The primary goal is to ensure the highest quality supply on our platform.

The Role: The Operations Manager will collaborate with the Education & Quality and Account Managers on the Supply Operations team to analyze employee survey feedback from Experiences and Services testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at creating and managing workflows, organizing survey data into actionable insights to improve host and guest satisfaction. This role requires an analytical, operations-focused individual who can coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Account Management, Business Operations, and Analytics Insights to resolve issues promptly and close feedback loops with hosts. The individual will support workflow optimization and data-driven decision-making, requiring self-drive, attention to detail, creativity, and a collaborative, empathetic attitude.

Responsibilities:
  1. Engage in complex curation and review tasks daily.
  2. Document decisions thoroughly in various tools like Airtable and GSuite.
  3. Analyze survey feedback to derive operational insights.
  4. Develop actionable recommendations to enhance experiences.
  5. Design workflows to support operational needs and optimize processes.
  6. Coordinate with Account Managers for issue resolution and collaboration.
  7. Manage feedback loops with hosts to improve engagement and satisfaction.
  8. Document and integrate new processes into workflows.
  9. Monitor progress on operational initiatives post-launch.
  10. Support bug management and ensure operational continuity.
  11. Maintain records of workflows and outcomes for transparency.
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years in data analytics and/or project management within operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and experience developing systems for time-sensitive work.
  • Ability to thrive under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite; Airtable, SQL, and Salesforce experience are a plus.
  • Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality and creating welcoming experiences for a global audience.
Compensation:
