As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for helping drive overall hotel profitability and operational excellence through:
Revenue generation and performance management
Effective cost and labor control
Exceptional guest satisfaction and service delivery
Team member development, coaching, and engagement
Maintaining high operational and brand standards
Implementing brand service strategies and initiatives
Ensuring consistent execution of company policies and procedures
Collaborating across departments to achieve hotel goals
Supporting a positive, professional, and guest-focused work environment
The successful candidate will balance people leadership, guest service, and business performance while maintaining the integrity and standards of the company.
3–5 years of related hospitality experience
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a hotel setting
Previous experience supervising multiple hotel departments preferred
Experience with budgets, labor management, and cost controls
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong computer and software skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, preferred
Experience with hotel systems such as OnQ, Opera, FOSSE, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, and Slack is a plus
Schedule flexibility, including the ability to work varying shifts as business needs require
Valid driver's license
$30.00 per hour
