Store - BAY-SAN RAFAEL, CA

Lead operational processes to deliver sales and profits while protecting assets. Ensure a well merchandised and in-stock store by supporting inventory management. Lead a team to provide a customer-centric shopping experience and friendly service.

Major Activities

1. Assist Store Manager in planning and supporting store workload scheduling and execution.
2. Assist in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs for compliance and standards; hold team accountable.
3. Support truck unload and stocking processes, ensuring standards and budgets are met.
4. Achieve KPIs; manage team to meet their KPIs.
5. Manage visual merchandising and seasonal layouts.
6. Oversee inventory management and merchandise operations, including Omni channel processes.
7. Implement shrink and safety programs.
8. Train, coach, and participate in performance management of team; support talent development.
9. Promote a respectful, positive environment and serve as Manager on Duty.
10. Assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
11. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
12. Support Omni channel processes.

Preferred Experience

• Retail management leadership experience.

Physical Requirements

• Standing for long periods, moving throughout the store, bending, lifting, reaching, stretching, and lifting heavy boxes.
• Use of ladders or similar equipment for accessing high shelves.
• Contact supervisor for accommodations if needed.

Work Environment

• Public retail store setting, climate-controlled areas, outdoor work for specific tasks, and work hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Compensation

Total Base Pay Range: $17.50 - $23.00
