Job Overview

Fairview is hiring for a 340B Operations Manager! Come join a rewarding team - this role is a fully remote, 1.0 FTE (80 hrs/2 weeks) working Monday-Friday!

Under the direction of the 340B Operations Director the 340B Operations Manager will provide operational and strategic management, and process development for Fairview’s 340B programs to obtain optimal operational performance in compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial standards. Responsible as a leader to manage, train, and mentor the 340B operations team.

Job Expectations

Responsible for operational performance of Fairview’s 340B Program

  • Develop, implement, and maintain processes and policies that effectively manage and monitor the Programs and to identify all drugs dispensed or administered and evaluate each transaction for 340B qualification based on best practice standards, Federal regulations and Fairview policies.
  • Manage and maintain relationships as necessary for program success.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders as necessary for program success.
  • Continually evaluate programs for process improvement.

Supervise staff including hiring, orienting, coaching, evaluating and effectively managing performance to ensure staff possess the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to deliver high quality service to internal and external customers

  • Create an onboarding and educational process for new team member additions to the 340B program.
  • Create individual staff developmental processes to ensure continuous growth of members of the 340B team and the 340B program.

Responsible for reporting interface and reporting related to the program.

  • Create and maintain reporting and data analysis related to Program performance.
  • Develop, review, and analyze reporting mechanisms to compile operational results of the Program.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in business, health care, data/IT or related field or equivalent experience
  • Supervisory/Management experience
  • Progressive experience in pharmacy, healthcare, and/or 340B
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of tools, including excel
  • Data analysis and presentation
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master of Science
  • 5 years Supervisory/Management experience
  • 3 years progressive experience in pharmacy, healthcare, and/or 340B
  • Working knowledge of EPIC electronic medical record system
  • 340B split billing software knowledge
  • Experience collaborating with C-suite executives
  • Strong team and individual coaching and mentoring skills
