Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000 base plus 0.01% equity.

Our client is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to support a fast-growing organization. This role is ideal for someone energized by working closely with ambitious founders and contributing to the success of a product utilized by leading startups worldwide. As the Operations Manager, you will act as “mission control” for the leadership team, ensuring smooth operations and effective support. Based in the Bay Area, this role offers an opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation in the recruiting space.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Skillfully manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and logistics for the leadership team.
  2. Plan and execute high-impact meetings and events, including investor meetings and company offsites.
  3. Handle sensitive information about AI technology and strategic partnerships with utmost confidentiality.
  4. Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing company culture and improving team effectiveness.
  5. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  6. Provide comprehensive administrative support, including database management, reception duties, data entry, and other ad hoc tasks.
  7. Anticipate organizational needs and proactively implement streamlined processes to boost efficiency.
  8. Oversee the in-person office environment, ensuring it is productive and welcoming.
  9. Manage communication channels such as email and messages, ensuring timely responses and prioritization of urgent matters.
