We’re a fast‑growing restoration company—water, mold, fire, and reconstruction—on track to double in size this year. That growth is real, and it creates a real need: we need an Operations Manager who can build the engine that runs this company at scale.

This is not a maintenance role. We have systems in place, but they need serious work. We need someone who can assess what we have, fix what isn’t working, build what doesn’t exist, and develop the people who run it. What You’ll Own

• Audit existing systems and SOPs; identify gaps and build what’s missing across all service lines
• Manage, coach, and develop department heads; drive a culture of accountability and high performance
• Track job costs, COGS, and direct labor—and hold the team to targets
• Prepare and manage the annual operations budget
• Oversee subcontractor evaluation, negotiation, and contract compliance
• Manage equipment, vehicles, and supply inventory
• Ensure accurate flow of production documentation from the field to the office
• Drive customer satisfaction and quality ratings above company benchmarks
• Implement new technology that improves how we deliver services
• Oversee staffing, hiring, training, scheduling, and employee relations

Who You Are

• 5+ years in operations management, including managing other managers
• Proven track record in building or significantly improving systems inside a growing company
• Strong financial literacy—you can read a P&L, track KPIs, and translate numbers into action
• A people developer who holds teams accountable without burning them out
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Broad business background spanning operations, HR, admin, and/or sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new software platforms
• Restoration industry experience is a plus, not a requirement—experience in drive, integrity, and the ability to build systems that scale is essential
