Techoundsllc in California is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day field and office operations across environmental service lines, serving residential, commercial, and government sectors.

You will drive profitability, compliance, crew productivity, and customer satisfaction, reporting to the executive team, and scaling operations to support company growth through structured scheduling, risk management, and effective leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations, project management, or supervisory experience in environmental services or construction.
• Proven leadership experience in Water/Fire Restoration and Environmental Abatement.
• Working knowledge of IICRC protocols, Cal/OSHA, and AQMD/SCAQMD regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with multiple active job sites.
• Valid CA Driver’s License and clean driving record.

• Oversee and coordinate all field activities for Water Damage, Fire Damage, Abatement (Asbestos, Lead, Mold), and Reconstruction services.
• Manage day-to-day scheduling, logistics, crew assignments, and resource allocation.

• IICRC Certified (WRT, ASD, FSRT) and/or CDPH/CSST certifications.
• Experience with project management software (Encircle, Dash, PSA, XactAnalysis, etc.)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Salary

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000 along with a lucrative bonus program, Company Vehicle or Allowance, Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, 401(k) with Company Match, PTO, and ongoing training and certification support
