As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily rental operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from arrival to departure. Operational Leadership

Oversee and streamline the rental process to minimize wait times and deliver fast, friendly, efficient service Maintain a clean, well-managed, and diverse fleet that aligns with customer demand, including specialty vehicles Forecast staffing and fleet needs using historical data and market trends Monitor workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecks Anticipate unexpected demand and implement plans to maintain smooth performance Identify and resolve slowdowns across departments

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, coach, and develop a sales-driven team to meet revenue and performance goals Monitor productivity and follow up consistently on team performance Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members Develop and enhance cross-training programs to strengthen team flexibility Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
