Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing challenging client conversations.
  • A self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly, motivate teams, and deliver results in a complex, fast-paced environment.

  • Manage the departments to achieve establish productivity targets and performance expectations.
  • Analyze operational metrics and implement corrective actions when performance falls below expectations.
  • Drive initiatives focused on cost-per-unit reduction, throughput improvement, labor optimization, and waste elimination.
  • Develop, manage, and report daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational scorecards.
  • Ensure accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of operational data.
  • Present scorecard results to senior leadership, customers, and operational teams.
  • Investigate KPI variances and develop action plans to improve results.
  • Establish accountability mechanisms for site leadership to achieve performance targets.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for customer.
  • Address operational concerns proactively and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage operational budgets and labor spend.
  • Monitor profitability and operational costs across assigned shifts.
  • Forecast labor requirements and manage staffing expenses effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve margins through productivity enhancement and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
  • Promote a culture of safety and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, customer requirements, and company policies.
