Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA or MHA preferred).
  • Proven experience in operations, healthcare management, or multi‑department leadership.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence with the ability to motivate and engage diverse teams.
  • Strong business acumen and problem‑solving skills for sustainable growth.
  • Skilled in organizational leadership, financial management, and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient‑centered mindset.
  • Tech‑forward and comfortable with EHR/EDR, Microsoft Office, and modern practice management tools.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
