Sugarbug Dental & Orthodontics is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations across Oxnard and Camarillo, CA. The role blends business acumen with people‑focused leadership to advance patient experience and practice growth.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, teams, and processes, while driving innovative solutions and maintaining regulatory compliance. MBA/MHA and Spanish beneficial in a fast‑growing pediatric dental setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA or MHA preferred).
• Proven experience in operations, healthcare management, or multi‑department leadership.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence with the ability to motivate and engage diverse teams.
• Strong business acumen and problem‑solving skills for sustainable growth.
• Skilled in organizational leadership, financial management, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient‑centered mindset.
• Tech‑forward and comfortable with EHR/EDR, Microsoft Office, and modern practice management tools.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
