Job Title: Operations Manager – Ophthalmology

Location: Florida

Position Overview: Indenovo is partnered with an established ophthalmology group with multiple state markets, seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high volume general ophthalmology practice. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of the practice, enhance patient satisfaction, and drive operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Oversight:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the practice, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational procedures and workflows.
  • Lead, train, and mentor clinical and administrative staff to maintain high levels of performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Monitor budgetary concerns and manage financial performance against operational goals.
  • Oversee billing practices and ensure accurate coding for ophthalmic services.
  • Ensure exceptional patient care by implementing protocols that enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
    • Implement quality control measures to uphold service excellence.
  • Strategic Development:
