Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare or clinical operations management, preferably in optometry or ophthalmology.
• Strong knowledge of primary eye care practices and/or vision therapy programs.
• Proven leadership and team management skills in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and medical office software
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance, billing, and insurance processes
