ABS Kids in Columbia, SC seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily center operations, staff supervision, and program coordination. You’ll drive scheduling, inventory, facilities, and budget adherence while supporting clinical teams to perform at their best.

The role emphasizes process improvement, HIPAA compliance, remote team coordination, and strong communication with HR for training and staff development. This is a full-time, weekday position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations management experience.
• Experience leading BTs and admin teams.
• Knowledge of ABA therapy and HIPAA.
• Experience managing remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Behavior Technicians (BTs) and admin team.
• Manage daily operations—scheduling, inventory, facilities, and more.
• Partner with HR for training and staff development.
• Track performance, budgets, and KPIs.
• Handle caregiver concerns and team communication.
• Plan community events and team culture initiatives.
• Onboard new hires and ensure policy compliance.
• Report to the Director of ABA Services.

What You'll Do

You’ll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse, making sure our center runs like clockwork so our clinical teams can shine.

You're a Great Fit If You

• Have 5+ years of experience
• Can organize documents, effectively communicate, and find solutions to issues in a professional manner
• Know (or are will learn) about ABA therapy
• Have HIPAA knowledge and remote team experience
