Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking Behavior Technicians for part-time shifts in California. Entry-level to seasoned RBTs are welcome. Availability 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday, is required. We offer paid on-the-job training, support for RBT certification, mileage reimbursement, and a 401(k) with company match.

Join a team dedicated to helping children with autism improve everyday skills through ABA therapy, data collection, and compassionate, one-on-one support in client homes.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Willingness to learn and adapt on the job.
• Availability for part-time shifts, Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child.

• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.

Job Requirements

$500-$1000 bonus for candidates based on experience.

Job Requirements

We have variable part-time shifts available for entry-level Behavior Technicians up to seasoned RBTs.

Must have availability 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday.

Benefits and Compensation

• $20.00 - $25.00 / hour (this will change depending on state)

• Paid RBT Certification - No experience necessary, we will help you get trained on the job!

You Have

• 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs -make sure this is on your resume or application!

• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations


• Tech savviness- learn our data collection software and use basic office software
